REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

BATTERYBUS.COM guarantees that your products will be in complete working order upon arrival.
If any product that you purchase arrives DOA, we kindly ask you to contact us in order to get instructions on how to ship the item back to us so we may replace it with a working product.
Customers returning defective merchandise to us will be reimbursed for shipping.
BATTERYBUS.COM will refund any purchase within 30 days.
All refunds of products that are in working order are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will not include the shipping fee paid for the order.
